The seller sent me a defect product, one of the small pendants was missing. I complained and asked him to send me the missing part, so I could fix the necklace by myself. And the seller did. Now the necklace is perfect and I am happy. But for orders in the future, whoever the buyer is, seller must be more careful and observant. Check the product thoroughly before sending it.
